My name is Anushri. Simply put, I am a young photographer and aspiring neuroscientist based in Central Massachusetts!

Photography begins by appreciating the extraordinary in the ordinary, where a glance becomes a story and silence speaks in images.

The Science

Our brains get a hit of dopamine when we see something familiar, joyful, or nostalgic. Whether it’s a smiling face, a favorite place, or a funny moment, these images help our brains feel connected, calm, and a little bit happier.
